The channels, titled ‘ElecSafetyPro’ are on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X (formally known as Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and are a go-to resource for professionals seeking the latest safe working practices, regulatory updates, and educational content.
Featuring updates and discussions on the Wiring Regulations Advisory Group (WRAG), the ElecSafetyPro channels provide electricians with invaluable guidance co-ordinated and published by Electrical Safety First.
They also promote content from the set of ten Best Practice Guides which are developed in collaboration with 20 leading industry bodies to provide authoritative information on a range of technical subjects, equipping professionals with the knowledge needed to maintain the highest standards of electrical safety.
The channels also offer a selection of video content, including deep dives into BS 7671 Amendments, an ‘All you need to know’ guide into the WRAG and a bitesize masterclass on safe isolation.
And in response to the growing interest and enquiries from electricians and those in the industry, electrical installation safety engineers from Electrical Safety First will address Frequently Asked Questions through informative and engaging video segments.
The channels will keep professionals up-to-date with the latest on Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), coverage of industry-led events, such as the annual Installation Seminar, and an exclusive series of practical ‘how-to’ videos for on-the-tools electricians.
