Marshall-Tufflex opens Manchester Customer Experience Centre

Marshall-Tufflex has announced the opening of a brand-new Customer Experience Centre in Manchester, providing a dedicated new resource for the electrical industry.

The purpose-built facility has been designed as a central hub for customer visits, where the company will welcome partners, host meetings, deliver CPD’s or training sessions and showcase its extensive range of cable management solutions.

A key feature is the opportunity for visitors to explore Marshall-Tufflex’s market-leading cable management systems, including:

Basor Metal Cable Management – High-quality wire basket, ladder, tray and trunking systems.
PVC-U Cable Management – Durable, easy-to-install trunking and conduit solutions manufactured using recycled PVC-U.
Underfloor to Desk Solutions – Designed to manage power and data efficiently from underfloor voids to the workstation.
GRP Cable Management – Lightweight, corrosion-resistant GRP systems ideal for harsh and demanding environments.

In addition to the meeting facilities, the centre includes a dedicated social and networking area, allowing visitors to connect in a relaxed setting, complete with a game of pool or darts.

The new centre offers a flexible and modern environment for electrical wholesalers and contractors, featuring a fully equipped conference room (seating 18 boardroom style & 35 theatre style) with two breakout rooms (seating 4 and 8). These spaces are available for a wide range of activities, including product training, regional meetings, toolbox talks and informal lunch and learn sessions.
