JTL National Awards 2025

The JTL Regional and National awards programme is back, bigger and better than ever, recognising and celebrating the outstanding achievements of its talented apprentices, amazing employers, and dedicated tutors and training officers.

JTL will be honouring individuals in key categories, including three exciting new awards introduced this year:

JTL Rising Star of the Year
JTL Tutor of the Year
JTL Training Officer of the Year

These additions join the existing categories:

JTL Apprentice of the Year (incorporating Electrical and MES Apprentice of the Year)
Employer Recognition Awards (one per JTL region)

The 2025 awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday 11 June 2025 at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds, and sees leading industry stakeholders join apprentices, employers and colleagues as we celebrate the industry’s best and brightest. We’re excited to crown our national winners and showcase the incredible achievements of JTL apprentices, tutors, training officers and employers alike.

The awards form part of JTL’s commitment to nurturing emerging talent and supporting skills development in the building services engineering sector. With over 8,000 learners and partnerships with more than 3,800 businesses, JTL is one of the largest training providers in England and Wales. As an Independent Training Provider, JTL is playing a crucial role in addressing skills shortages while preparing the next generation of skilled professionals to meet evolving industry needs such as renewable technologies and advanced infrastructure.
