As part of JTL’s Steps to Success curriculum, designed to support the personal and professional development of its apprentices, JTL proudly welcomed the Fire & Rescue Service to its training centre in Nottingham on 20 and 21 November, with more impactful educational visits scheduled in the coming weeks.
Steps to Success aims to empower apprentices to become well-rounded individuals by promoting resilience, inclusivity and a proactive approach to safeguarding and health and safety.
During these visits, apprentices took part in hard-hitting presentations highlighting the dangers of drunk, drug and dangerous driving – a message that holds particular significance as we approach the festive season, when road risks often increase. The sessions are aimed not only to inform but to encourage apprentices to make safe, responsible choices both on and off the road.
JTL would like to thank the Fire & Rescue Service for their continued support in helping shape informed and safety-conscious individuals who are prepared for the responsibilities of working life and beyond.
