Integral UK to be integrated into JLL brand

Integral UK Ltd will adopt the JLL brand for its engineering, projects and soft services delivery functions as part of JLL’s Workplace Management sub-business line in the UK.

This transition begins in June 2025, with full integration of technology systems and JLL brand adoption by October 2025.

Integral’s specialist cooling and refrigeration division will continue to operate under the Integral brand to enhance market differentiation and support growth within target markets.

The company said that operating fully under the parent company’s brand, Integral’s business would help clients to address a wide range of complex contemporary challenges across the built environment, including rising costs, portfolio and workplace optimisation and achieving sustainability targets.

Having acquired Integral in 2016 for £226 million, JLL said this move would further strengthen its Workplace Management business.
